Formats of reports and letters are followed according to your specifications, and letterhead can be created by our own word processor. Our dictation technology can be used for dictating letters or reports and also has an accessory that is designed for recording meetings (i.e. statements, interviews, etc.) and teleconferences and telephone conversations for transcription purposes. For law enforcement, DSC has an advanced transcription system that captures over-the-phone dictation and recorded statements for the purpose of providing verbatim, tamper-proof transcription services. We also have the ability to digitally archive voice files should future playback ever be required.
